Meet Glenn Yaney
Glenn Yaney is a real-estate investor, Infinite Banking Concept® practitioner, and educator focused on helping individuals regain control of their money and build long-term financial independence. With hands-on experience owning and operating income-producing real estate, Glenn discovered that true wealth is not about chasing returns—but about controlling capital flow, liquidity, and risk. His work centers on teaching families and business owners how to integrate Infinite Banking with real-world investing to create stable, scalable wealth outside of Wall Street.
How Infinite Banking Transformed My Finances
I didn’t grow up around money, and I definitely wasn’t handed a roadmap to financial independence. I learned everything the hard way—working long hours in property management, saving aggressively, and trying to invest my way out of the rat race. I did what I was “supposed” to do: max out my 401(k), stash money in mutual funds, and hope the market would cooperate.
But even as my income grew and I started investing in real estate, something didn’t feel right. I was creating wealth, but I wasn’t in control of it. Every major move required permission from a bank. Every investment involved new debt. And every dollar I saved was exposed to market risk I couldn’t influence.
That’s when I discovered the Infinite Banking Concept® (IBC). IBC completely reframed how I thought about money. Instead of chasing return or relying on traditional banks, I started focusing on cash flow, liquidity, and owning the banking function myself. Once I understood that money must flow—and that someone is always earning interest—I realized it needed to be me.
I began using properly structured whole life policies as my personal capital system. The changes were immediate:
-
I had guaranteed growth every single day, regardless of market conditions.
-
I could borrow against my cash value to fund real estate deals, business opportunities, and personal expenses—without interrupting compounding.
-
I stopped relying on high-interest lenders and started recapturing interest back to my own system.
-
My savings rate increased dramatically because I finally had a place where savings were rewarded—not punished.
IBC became the missing piece that tied everything together: my real estate portfolio, my business, my financial independence goals, and the discipline I had been building for years.
Today, I teach others the same system because it’s the framework that allowed me to take control of my finances, grow my investments, and build generational wealth from a position of strength—not hope.
